For years I’ve been teaching new entertainers how to make more money stripping. In this industry it is taboo for one girl to share her secrets with another girl. Most veteran dancers don’t want anyone else to know their secrets of how to make more money…. especially when they work side by side in the same club…why help the competition?
That scarcity mindset is exactly what is holding that person back!
Most of my coaching to date has been online through webinars, forums, emails, and phone calls. Only a few lucky students have had the opportunity to work with me LIVE in the club one-on-one. Afterward, they all said that the individual coaching in the club setting was the most valuable lesson.
I can’t come to every student’s club, but I figured out a great way to have my students come to me, learn and use the skills properly, get into tip-top shape, and make some GREAT money!
SuperStripper Boot Camp is NOT for the weak, lazy, or flaky. This is NOT a stay out late after work party. To truly get to the top of your game, you have to put in the work. Attendance is mandatory to all 1pm Coaching Sessions. House rules must be followed. But don’t worry, there’s going to be a lot of fun too! You can choose to sleep in late, work out, or relax at the pool in the mornings. Dallas also has several top rated spas and shopping malls.
BootCamp is a one week program that runs from Sunday to Sunday. Space is limited to four participants per BootCamp to maximize personalized coaching. During the week you are in the house, you will learn the principles from all three Strip and Grow Rich Programs: DancerVictory(life enrichment), DancerWise (finance) and DancerWealth (selling).
Your daily schedule will look something like this:
8am Light Breakfast-fruit, toast, cereal, protein shake
9am-10:30 Optional DancerFit Workout
12pm Lunch
1-4pm Coaching Workshop
6pm Dinner
Some nights will be DancerWealth Club nights where we will work side by side in a Dallas area club. We will get you into the SuperStripper Zone and then take you to the club to make money! It is here that I will coach you real time on how to identify the customer and plan your approach. You will also have the added benefit being able to role play your sales scripts with master trainer Steve Donovan. Having that brief recap to discuss what went right, what went wrong, and how you can improve is always helpful!
Keep in mind that you don’t have to work EVERY night if you don’t want to. A few nights are scheduled as “Me Time” because we ALL need that. The key to avoiding SuperStripper Burn Out is to schedule your time wisely, and we are going to demonstrate exactly how to do that!

Here is the process to be considered for SuperStripper Boot Camp
Collette, Los Angeles, CA:
Becoming one of the top earners in a strip club is no easy feat. It requires years of working in the environment with solid business relationships with the staff, having good money management strategies, establishing a good fitness and nutrition regimen, having strong marketing skills, having killer sales skills, and most importantly having the mindset of a “superstripper.” This bootcamp will lay down the foundation essential to developing and honing these skills and establishing the mindset that empowers you to succeed as an exotic dancer. There is no other experience like this!
Avalon and Donovan worked with me closely to identify my strengths and weaknesses. They offered me invaluable individualized advice that changed the way that I approach and sale to customers and the way that I used to view myself as “just an average stripper.” I now know how to improve my income by developing a base of repeat clientele. I can know how to be enticing to a variety of strip club patrons and now know how to be an entertainer.
Avalon and Donovan create a great learning environment because they are approachable, extremely knowledgeable, and open to questions. They made me feel comfortable because they were genuinely interested in helping me succeed.
I made three times my investment in the bootcamp while I worked during the bootcamp at Babe’s, one of the classiest gentleman’s clubs in Scottsdale.
In my club, I am now one of the “superstrippers.’
If you planning a career in exotic dancing, you must attend this bootcamp!
Hey girls!Just wanted to let you all know I went to the strip and grow rich superstripper bootcamp last week. It was so much fun! I learned a lot and really got to know some other dancers. It is always good to get to know other dancers in different regions-social connections are what can keep you afloat some times.
But I digress. So, the bootcamp leaders are Rebecca Avalon and Steve D. They are two of the coolest people I’ve known in this business. They truly care about the dancers and really get what the business is about, and it shows through in their actions and words. Rebecca has been a dancer since the mid-90′s, and Steve can really relay what it is like to be a male customer AND he knows his what works and what doesn’t, and can articulate why.
There were DancerFit workouts which whip you into shape, you eat the cleanest meals I’ve ever eaten, you go to “class” (which was like NO class I’ve ever been in, and I have been in school non-stop since I was 4), and you actually get to work in clubs to make back your investment in the program.
I’ve never been on a vacation like that one. I earned back the cost of the stay as well as my plane ticket. I learned how to make more in less hours of work. As a matter of fact, I started the first night earning about $300 in 5 hours, then by the end of the course I almost doubled my money!
And really, they don’t want to give away “stripper secrets”. They want to improve the CUSTOMERS experience in the club so that the customers keep coming back and spending money. In the long run, that is the way to go to keep the cash flowing.
Additionally, they want to improve the lives of dancers, and I think they did that. In their program DancerVictory, they do into detail on how to help get rid of stripper burnout and make you a happier, more balanced dancer in your out-of-the-club life, so that when you are in the club you can give the customers the experiences they crave to keep them coming back for more!
Isn’t that what nearly every dancer would like?
The next superstripper bootcamp (to be known as a retreat from now on) will be coming up soon. Really, everyone should go so that we as dancers can keep the customers coming!
sorry for the rambling. I just really loved it there and never wanted to leave!
From the moment I arrived in Phoenix, I have been having a blast. The weather is a wonderful 70 degrees and we are staying in a huge mansion. We are working on all the essential selling skills, how to manage our money to create the future we want and working on essential self improvement necessary to leading a fulfilled life.
We are eating healthy meals everyday and doing some really stimulating workouts. We have hiked and seen some lovely local scenery. We are also working at local clubs during great events so we are making back our money and it’s nice to have a change of work scenery. It’s easy to make money at the clubs here.
I’m a 7 year veteran and I would recomend it to anyone from newbie to pro. It just builds and enhances your total game. If you have any question about it, please ask. I highly suggest you take advantage of this unique opportunity.
Adrian Lane New York City
I am from NYC & I only just started dancing in May 09. I took Dancerwealth before I ever stepped foot into my club. Being prepared kept me from being in way over my head (which really I would’ve been cause I was the introverted, quiet, little Asian girl).
My favorite part about Bootcamp is being able to get answers to the questions I still had & to watch how Avalon & the girls with more experience than me worked. And there’s nothing like the energy of working in the club with a bunch of other girls who get you & try to help you.
