Lesson 3: Persuasive Communication

4. Begin to create your Accounting System.  How do you keep track of your income and expenses?  The SuperStripper Business Expense Log is a simple and easy way to keep track of your income, expenses, and keep notes on your customers!

Remember, the conversations you have with customers SHOULD BE different from ordinary conversations with your friends and family.  The intended result of the conversation is a sale, so if you let him steer the topic of the conversation AWAY from lapdances and/or Champagne then it is going to take even LONGER to close the sale  because you have to redirect the communication back to lapdances.  Therefore, it’s up to YOU to be in control of the conversation.  Use probing questions to find out exactly what he wants, and then sell it to him!  If he says “No, I’m not ready yet,” don’t just run off, ask another open ended question, let him talk, and try again at the start of the next song.

The one thing you should be aware of is pushing the Friendship Hot Button too soon.  This could kill your sale.  The next lesson is going to be all about how and when to use the Friendship Hot Button to work to your advantage.   Until then, go practice the basic communication skills in the Week 1 Audio.
