I was waiting for my prescription at Walgreens yesterday, and they conveniently relocated the book section to the pharmacy area. So I browsed the selections, and this book caught my eye:

So I sat down, checked out the table of contents and was intrigued by this passage:
Another key in striving for success is to get over expecting life to be fair. A level playing field is a self-indulgent and unproductive fantasy. In this world, it will never happen, nor should it: Insisting on a level playing field disrupts your attention and distracts you from your ultimate objective.
The truth is that life, if viewed as a card game, deals good hands, bad hands, and average hands. And whichever hand you receive, you must play! You can win any hand, and you can lose any hand. It’s totally up to you how you play the game! Life is filled with champions who drew extremely poor hands and loser who drew terrific hands. In life, you will never be dealt a hand that you cannot turn into a winning one.
This was particularly of interest to me because lately there has been a lot of complaining at work about girls giving away free lapdances and it “ruins” it for them when they want to charge the standard price. Waaaa, Waaaa, Waaaa.
Here is my typical response when a guy says, “Oh well Bubbles gave me two for one!”
“I’ll give you a free dance as a test drive, and you have up a-a-a-al the way til the end of the song to make up your mind…but in order for it to be free you have to go to VIP with me after that!”
Always negotiate UP, not Down. Let someone else who really needs the money haggle the cheapskates.
You, the SuperStripper have the passive income from your assets to make up the difference while you wait for your target client to walk in the door.
Click here to buy this book I did. But I paid retail price because I couldn’t wait!
