One of the things so many new entrepreneurs fail to focus on (exotic dancers included) is the importance of creating multiple streams of income. Sometimes we focus so much on our primary source of income that we fail to see the business opportunities around us that can create a side income or passive income for us. It’s natural to want to give our primary source of income as much attention as possible and yet without taking advantage of our off-time more aggressively to create alternative sources of income, especially in the economy of today, we are letting wads of money slip right though our fingers.
While there are many different opportunities out there to choose from, it can become daunting to figure out what really is a good source of passive income and, more importantly, trust in someone to guide us to the direction of something that actually works. Well, Avalon and myself have found a few new systems out there which actually do work which we want to share with everyone.
As many of you may or may not already know, one of my other businesses is a company called the Millionaire Marketing Group. Since it’s inception, we have created the most state-of-the-art training and tools for advanced MySpace marketing in existence and I am a featured keynote speaker around the country teaching business owners and entrepreneurs the secrets to tapping into MySpace as a new marketing arm for their existing business.
For years, we have worked with small and large business owners helping to brand and better market and design their websites. Not a week goes by where I am not asked at least ten times, “How can I create a simple, online store that can make me make money with my website?” In the past, you had two choices. Either build your own site with a custom built store where you carry all the merchandise, are responsible for shipping, inventory, customer service, restocking, re-updating your website, providing content for it, and, of course, the design of said website. Your other alternative was to join an affiliate program or two and use the websites THEY give you to market their products. Your site usually looks like all the other affiliate sites income was minimal at best because you had no search engine optimization available for your non-unique website. I am now excited to announce we have just released our newest program for simple yet amazingly powerful revenue generation online that is the answer to both of these issues. It’s called the Instant Store Builder. Here is how it works…
You join a few, key affiliate programs. Specifically eBay (pays you 50% of revenue sharing PLUS $25 for each new referral to eBay), Amazon.com (pays up to 15%), and Google Adsense which pays you percentages on links that are clicked. You pick a topic for your new website, say, “Exotic Dancer Clothing” and after inputting a few keywords, you have an INSTANT website constructed offering products available in that category. Plus, the Google Adsense links pay you every time someone clicks on them. It gets better though. Your site also features tons of built-in systems for search engine optimization, youtube video feeds to increase value, plus keyword links to similar products that, when clicked on, refreshes the page with all the related ads running for, say, “dancer shoes” or “stripper poles” etc. Now you have a complete online store for whatever topic you choose and it literally took you less than 5 minutes to build. Oh yeah, there’s one other thing. Also included is our new Craigslist Optimizer.
Craigslist.com is one of the most frequented websites on the Internet now established in over 450 cities worldwide and over 250 in the United States alone. Each one of these cities has a Want-Ads section and more specifically, a “Wanted To Buy” section where people ask for products they are looking to buy from someone else. Imagine being able to search through all of these Wanted To Buy ads (there are literally THOUSANDS posted each day), find a product, build a complete website (with your Ebay affiliate ID and Google Adsense) for their exact product and then email the person running the ad with a templated email saying you found what they were looking for and it’s on the link you provide for them of your new website. The entire process from finding the ad to building the website to emailing them all the information they are looking for takes LESS THAN TEN SECONDS! So here you are, just being the go-between for what they are looking for and what other people have of what they are looking for. They buy anything, YOU GET PAID. They click on any of the Google links, YOU GET PAID. Best of all, the email links have over a 90% click through ratio because your email was so targeted to what they are looking for. Watching TV at home, you just click links and make money. It’s that amazingly simple. The software does the rest. Plus it even works on a Mac or PC. It is LITERALLY point-and-click money!
